Harper's
Nursery offers a lifetime guarantee on all plant material one gallon
or larger that is a perennial or woody ornamental. Annuals,
vegetables and soft color are not included. To receive the
guarantee, the appropriate amounts of Start-N-Grow and mulch must be
purchased on the same receipt as well as following the planting
instructions on our free planting guide. To obtain a
replacement plant, the original sales receipt and the dead plant
must be returned to the nursery. In-store credit or a new
plant will be given as replacement. We do not give refunds for
plants that perish that were on lifetime guarantee. To
continue the lifetime guarantee, new Start-N-Grow and mulch must be
purchased. Plants purchased without any amendments have a
30-day guarantee. Labor charges are not included in this
guarantee. Guarantee does not cover acts of God (freeze, hail, etc.)
or improper maintenance.
